Shipping

Where do you ship to and how long will it take?

In addition to the United States, we ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Standard orders will be shipped via USPS and usually take 2 - 4 days to arrive. During the holiday period, orders may take an extra 1-3 days so please plan accordingly.

For those looking for a quicker turnaround on their order, you can choose USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, or UPS Next Day Air Early for an additional fee.

I’ve placed my order but I need to change my address, what can I do?

If you notice a problem with your address and you haven’t received a shipping notification or tracking information, email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to make changes to your order.

How much does shipping cost?

For the United States, standard shipping is FREE! Expedited shipping options are available with an extra fee at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! ALL US orders ship free with standard shipping. Canada ships for free with orders over $149 USD.

I’m ordering from outside of the US. Are there customs and duties with my order?

All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Returns, Cancellations & Payment

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are made fresh to order, and are considered food, we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you accept cancellations?

Because all of our products are made fresh to order, our team begins fulfilling orders ASAP and we are unable to make any cancellations to existing orders outside of 24 hours. Please email us at [email protected] if you'd like to cancel or make any changes to orders and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.

What payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.

Gifts

How do I send a gift?

Add the items you wish to gift to your cart. Once you’re ready to check out, click the “SEND AS GIFT” button and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I add a personalized gift note?

When you go to the checkout page, you will see a “Add A Gift Message” box. Be sure to include who it is from!

Subscriptions

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

When you login to your Ivory Honeycomb account, you can change your products, pause your subscription or cancel. You can also always email [email protected] and request a cancellation of your subscription. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of 1 billing cycle before you may cancel. In order to change, cancel, or make any modifications to your subscription, please give us 72 hours notice.

Can I add to my subscription?

Absolutely! When you login to your Ivory Honeycomb account, you can select "Update Plan" and add your selected choice of products.

Is shipping included in subscription orders?

Shipping will be automatically added to your subscription. We do offer free standard shipping on all US orders and Canadian orders ship free when above $149.
